Lancashire A Dog Walker's Guide

20 circular routes in Lancashire especially designed for dog walking with plenty of off-lead paths. The routes vary in length from 2 to 7 miles.

There are delightful walks along the coast at Bolton-le-Sands and saltmarshes of Hest Bank, beside the lovely Croasdale Brook at Slaidburn and the Greenberfield Locks on the Leeds-Liverpool canal at Barnoldswick. Walk through the beautiful woods of the Calder Vale; over Duddel Hill, across the open moorland around Anglezarke and around the picturesque Healy Dell Nature Reserve with its rich wildlife and fascinating archaelogical history.
